'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria sprang from a straightforward ambition: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Via Roma 45. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our modest pizzeria began as a family-managed venture, staying true to recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the originator, picked up the craft of pizza-making while visiting Italy, learning from the maestros of pizza in Naples—the cradle of this culinary art. After her Italy sojourn, she made it her mission to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience in the UK, adhering to ancestral methods and only the purest of ingredients.
Originally a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've since flourished into a cherished fixture of the local culinary scene, while our dedication to premium and genuine fare stands firm. We still employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and handpick top-tier ingredients.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Crafts Pizzeria' is still within the keeps of the Bianchi lineage, with a new generation steering our fervent team. Although we've adopted some contemporary enhancements, our business's soul is unaltered: serving up delightful, true-to-roots pizza that unites patrons.
