Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678 immediately. If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, if the order is in the process of being made or has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

Refund Eligibility

In cases where you are unsatisfied with your order due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, you may be required to provide proof of the issue in the form of photos or other documentation.

Processing Refunds

For eligible refunds, we will process the refund promptly and credit your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issued in the same form of currency used for the purchase (€).

Non-refundable Items

Please note that certain products, like gift cards and promotional items, are not eligible for refunds. Custom orders that have been prepared to your specifications may also be exempt from being refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. If you need an exchange for the same item, call our customer service at +39 06 1234 5678 to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our customer service team who will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is a result of our error.
